Can I use the infrared receiver in my apple remote control?
No. The embedded infrared receiver is not suitable for IrDA. You`ll need an extry external USB adapter.
The UWATEC-IrDA Adapter discontinues the transmission, what went wrong?
For the IrDA Adapter that looks like a golden lipstick, please make sure that the position from the dive computer to the infrared adapter is correct. The infrared beam has to be on a straight line to the blue window (receiver) of the dive computer. Just a few centimetres off target and the beam can not focus properly.
Important: The new silver lipstick from UWATEC is now supported for Intel Macs!Which languages are supported?
JTrak supports English, German, Italian and French.
Do I need an extra language pack?
No, all of the four languages are implemented in the program. The language selection is done automatically according to the System Preferences on your computer.

Yes, you can import dive data via the TravelTrak4 data format. You can also export your dive data via Excel.
How can I install JTrak?
